One Main Financial

One Main Financial wanted to take a fresh look at what their customers and prospects are really like and how they go about making borrowing decisions. I designed and lead a mixed method approach, including: in-person interviews, diary studies and social listening. 

UNIVERSITY COLLEGE

University College is the mostly online school for professional development at University of Denver. They wanted to better understand their prospects' journey and decision-making process when selecting an educational provider, and validate design direction through usability testing. 

Breville

Breville, maker of high-quality kitchen appliances, wanted to better understand people's cooking lives, purchase journey and post-purchase experience. I designed and led a mixed method approach to inform a site redesign.

TIAA

When TIAA needed a new logged in account area for clients to match their newly friendly brand, I led the project team. We created and tested multiple concepts and found solutions to balance the needs of users with the complexity and precision required by financial institutions. 

FEDEX OFFICE print online

I led the redesign of FedEx Office's Print Online functionality from a basic HTML uploader to a highly visual configuration tool. Over multiple phases we addressed the needs of consumer and business audiences through a variety of features.

Aporta

Aporta, the corporate social responsibility unit of a large Peruvian conglomerate, Grupo Breca, wanted to to reengineer their process around design thinking. I co-lead an approach to training and redefining their process. 

bill & melinda gates foundation

The Global Program Operations group at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation wanted to apply design thinking to their software tools. I designed an approach that gave them hands-on practice and culminated in a 2 day training session. 

general assembly

I've taught five cohorts of the UX Design Immersive at General Assembly, preparing students for job-readiness as UX designers. This program covers the entire UX process, from initial research to clickable prototyping.
